All utilities are included plus professional cleaning service is available. Most chores are also done for you here so your time can be devoted to work and play, not to stress and obligations. Also included with your beautiful suite are luxury bed linens, new pillows and blankets, thick, soft bathroom towels and all other bathroom supplies. ​

Our social environment is very informal. The house is kept clean and well maintained and it feels cozy and relaxed. I try my best to make living here as cost effective as possible. I know that many professionals are often dealing with student loans and other expenses so I only ask for the first month and a one time room cleaning fee, but no security deposit or other move-in costs.

On average our tenants live here for three months to two years so our environment is very stable. 

Our Lease Agreement is always month-to-month and our suites can be rented both long and short term.​ Driveway parking spaces are available for everyone.
